I was a manager here years ago. Returned recently and my first day was not at all communicative, so I reached out to the store manager multiple times and got no response at all, but jumped right back in. When I couldn't provide ideal notice of a personal emergency to the store manager, I was told it's "not ok, and not cool". So, not only is the staff under paid, they are under valued. Every time I order from there they always use some bullshit excuse on why they can't even get my order right if you want your order done right go in person never use a secondary app that's how they get away from delivering on there side of a promising meal I'm never ever going through them again unless it's in person that way if they get my order wrong again I'll confront them right there and if they still refuse to honor the meal
Since I have been working in the same plaza I have been ordering from here quite often and it is always good. Tonight, they had to substitute some items due to not having what I wanted. All I can say is I was very happy with what they came up with and additionally, their service is always welcoming. Especially the young man at the window. Xavier. Very good job. Very good service from him. Superb.
Updated from 1 star. This is no longer the worst taco bell. It has improved and is much better.
Xavier T made me feel like I was at a 5 star restaurant going through the drive through.
