I miss the people taking your order. Not a fan of the self ordering
I came here with my friends and placed orders to pickup for dine-in, least to say we ordered drinks/ food and water was not an option on the screen. I approached the counter with the manager and said may I please have my drink (water) and he refused and told all the employees no too. They then and told me they ran out of water and cups when I asked for the multiple time. As soon as I walked away they placed the cup on the counter. The manager is so unpleasant and is rude to customers. Don’t come to the Merrick location
I would like to preface this by saying that I do not normally leave bad reviews, I’m the type of person who always looks at the positive but this warrants a review: I ordered food on 6/11 at the Merrick NY location and I was double charged. I called the location on the 20th to let them know (the payment was pending until the 17th and the 18th was my birthday so i didn’t exactly want to rush out for a stomach ache before my big day) and they said no problem but I must come inside.
