I ordered online pickup. waited in store for ONE HOUR. 66 minutes to be exact. high school girl working there tells me “it’s coming” “they’re working on it” about 14 times. I ORDERED 3 ITEMS. I walk into this Taco Bell location in Merrick NY and no one is at the counter to greet me. This was Sunday afternoon non of the workers for atleast 10 minutes even knew I was there. First mistake . Secondly after I said hello can someone help me one of the workers replied you have to place your order on the machine. Thats how we do orders.
