Honestly the shittiest Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. This was the first time I’ve ever had to cause a scene at any establishment. I placed a mobile order and had gone in to pick it up, expecting it to be ready by the time I get there or at least within 5-10 min. WRONG. Time management sucks here they Have to work on time every time I order something here even though I order it half an hour in advance I still end up waiting 10-20 minutes this is ridiculous no other restaurant in the area makes me wait this long maybe you guys should train your employees to be faster no offense
Rushed to order couldn’t look at menu for 1 minute with no others in line.
I have to say not ordering face to face with an actual person was strange at first, especially at the drive thru. But now I order from the app and it’s so easy. The rewards aren’t the greatest but The service is quick and simple. The new menu items are very tasty and prices are good.
