store was clean employees were very nice calm and welcoming i enjoyed my experience there was 2 employees that stood out the manager took my order (Robert) very polite and didn’t rush me when taking my order and thanked me for stopping by and drive thru (desiree) very sweet checked on me a couple times while waiting for my food and offered me a drink for the wait very friendly and very professional i definitely enjoyed my visit

First, there was no Mild sauce in the lobby station. And I didn’t see a worker to ask for any. The worker who called my name reached around something to set my to-go order on the counter, so I never saw them, which is usually fine but I would have liked to ask for a few packets of Mild sauce. I ordered a chicken cantina bowl, something I've ordered from a few other Taco Bells. I got it with light rice. The rice was completely hard and I had to spit it out so it didn't hurt my teeth.

For some reason when you get a Mexican pizza to go they always put it on the bottom of the bag. I placed a DoorDash order so I called them and asked them to please put the Mexican Pizza on top so it wouldn’t get squashed. The gentleman on the phone said he’d make sure it was. I got my order and once again my poor pizza was stuck to the top of the box. Don’t know why they even do this as standard practice. Anything like this should always be on top.

Food took 35 minutes to come out. Manager was rude and didn't take accountability.
