Food was cold because of the following: 1. Horrible rude service. They were either Drunk or on some sort of substance that wasnt the norm around here. 2. They messed up my order SEVERAL times. Even with the new A.I drive through. No excuse. 3. After they messed up my simple order they THEN made me go through the drive through again only to leave out 2 of my menu items. I come here all of the time, I am always so sweet as a food service worker myself, horrible service tonight unfortunately, when I say I waited 30+ minutes for 6 items. I am not kidding after messing up 2 times.
The crunchwrap barely had anything in it and the lady made me and the guy in front of me pull around and get out of the vehicle to get the food from the delivery window in the front despite the line being only 3 or 4 vehicles long. Other than that, she was friendly and the place looked clean enough.
