they charged me for the wrong items and ended up paying double of what i was supposed to? when i told her about it she yelled at me and slammed the window shut. i understand having a bad day if youre in your 30s and working here but learn some respect.
I walked in to pick up my mobile order and I heard the lady say “For pickup?” So I said yes and grabbed the bag, looking inside and realized this was not my order. I waited for someone to come back and exchange it and the first lady proceeds to start talking about me as I’m standing right there. Maybe if she was actually doing her job correctly we wouldn’t have problems?? The people at this location are so rude and the service is geninuely horrible.
Doritos Loco taco shells were stale. Sour cream was only on one side of the taco. Nacho fries container was less than half full. Awful experience and won’t be going back to this location.
