I was mistakenly charged $1.20 to "supreme" my order which I did not want. The order taker apologized and went to get his manager. After some time, when the manager finally came, the first thing she tells me is to give her back the tacos. I was surprised and taken aback! instead of apologizing for the mistake she treated me like I was bothering her. I proceeded to tell her what went wrong.
