Sick of this place. Everytime I order sour cream on my food they never give it to me!!! But they charge for it!!! My fiesta potatoes are ALWAYS HARD AS A ROCK!! like its been sitting there for hours! The fries are always hard as a rock no matter what. But yall want more than 15 an hour. Yall employees not even worth 2$ an hour.
AI is garbage. You can tell the drive thru your order, say THATS IT and the AI will ask you at least 10 times if you want to add something else or purchase something else no matter how many times you say that's all you want. And the human beings aren't having to take orders yet the drive-thru line has been 20 minutes and I still don't have food.
The Manager and food prep staff had little desire to engage with customers. One worker genuinely seemed to hustle to get orders ready, the rest seemed indifferent.
