Literally has to be the worst managed restaurant in the chain. First ordered on their app to be be delivered. Didn't get all the order. Called for redilivery, the Mgr wouldn't do it, said it was doordashes problem. Called doordash, they said it was the restaurants problem. Never got the remaining items that I paid for. Second, pulled up in drive thru with line in front and line behind. They were out of beef. Really, out of beef on a weekend. So, had to order something, anything, other than beef items. Regular reliable Taco Bell
Stop allowing multi-million dollar companies to force you to use AI technology to make your orders. go to a different taco bell, or better yet go to a local Taco shop. they do not deserve your business. if you have to pay $15 an hour, and you cannot even get a human being to take a correct order, it's not my job to know the menu and edit it
Put in the order, chose drive thru, waited 20 minutes in drive thru, nobody acknowledged me at the speaker after taking 2 orders in the other lane I merged in. At the window she refused to serve me and said I had to go in. I went in, tried to use the kiosk but there was no option to check in. Nobody acknowledged I was there, so I left and decided to process a refund. I will never use mobile order again.
