This Taco Bell is at a truck stop. Our dog and we were suffering in the heat while our order took 30 minutes. There are kiosks but nobody to even complain to. We just want to say nevermind and goodbye, but there is nobody to even talk to in order to get our money back. If they can't fill orders, they should turn off kiosk ordering. The drive through is moving okay so clearly they get priority.
Do not order inside at this location. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food after using a kiosk. I watched maybe 10 cars go through the drive-thru. This is a truck stop Taco Bell. The customers here are going somewhere. I'm sure they'd like to get there in a reasonable amount of time. I'm equally sure they would rather not waste 30+ minutes waiting for their food. Taco Bell is fast food. That's the expectation. The owner of this franchise is letting the brand down. Don't order inside at this location.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would—just like the amount of flavor in their tacos. I’ve had more excitement chewing cardboard. And the service? Let’s just say if there was a competition for who could ignore customers the longest, they’d win gold. I watched a tumbleweed roll by before anyone even acknowledged I existed. I understand there are few employees and they are trying to hire but this is fast food. Most ingredients are pre-made. The only way these orders take 30-40 minutes is if someone is making 1 item at a time. There are currently 3 people in front of me. About 5 minutes ago 2 of the people in front of me asked why their wait has been 40 minutes and the employee replied with attitude and offered a refund. this is my 2nd time i got cold food.. cold frys cold casadia.. i think at midnight they didnt take serious anything.
