I just went through the drive through here.. started out with the automated message asking if I was using the rewards and I responded no. Then for 5 straight minutes silence. Not even a “I will be with you shortly” or “sorry we’re understaffed I will be right with you.” Very unprofessional. After ordering I go up to the window and wait another 10 minutes to pay for my order and receive it. Had to wait 45 minutes for my food. Food was cold. Service was extremely slow received two wrong orders missing multiple food items and a drink very unsatisfied with my experience.
Most of the time they just say they don't have enough staff to take orders and if my some miracle you get to place an order it is usually incorrect. Sad because I used to love this TB
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY GET MY ORDER WRONG!!!! SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF AND RESTART CAUSE ITS DEFINITELY NOT GONNA GET ANY BETTER
