Horrible we were waiting at drive thru for 20 minutes and when we were finally at the drive thru they didn’t want to take our order we asked maybe 3 times we were ready, and guy said sorry I’m busy taking orders inside he took an additional 10 minutes and didn’t help us!! He was very rude. Honestly I will never ever be back! I don’t even think anyone was at the counter he just didn’t want to help us
Waited 20 minutes in drive thru. And then left and came back with no cars in drive thru. And the guys still tells me to wait. I waited an additional ten minutes and still would not help me, I left and got tacos at the El gruellense. Worst service I have ever experienced.
Their happy hour for their freezes aren't the same as everywhere else. It's $1.79. No wonder their parking lot and drive thru is empty. We went to tell the guy at the window that he should let management know that they would make more money if they did the full deal, and he said, "We will let management know." and closed the window in the middle of my mother's calm, well-mannered sentence. Literally the slowest taco bell I've ever been to. Employees goofing off without any professionalism or urgency whatsoever. Not tje product but definitely needs new supervision and management at this location.
