It's a quarter to eight on 4\7 and the black girl with long black hair is so rude. My order is always wrong, then I go back and she gets mad, then my order is made with a new problem. Why are you so angry chick?

Sometimes closed at random times after you put an order already on the app, have had to throw food away from being overcooked and never refunded.
Trash. Every time. Worst Taco Bell in Mentor
Place looked deserted. Me and another guy came to pick up our online orders and the doors were locked, lights were off, and it looked like no one was there. At 4:45pm on a monday. Asked for a refund online, no response for a week. Lost $30.
