Frequently closed an hour to an hour and a half before the closing times posted on the building. Long drive through waits, and frequently incorrect orders. Mentor Avenue by Great Lakes Mall is the Taco Bell you want if you're in the area Update 2025 Closed at 1015 when the signage says open until 5am. Shame. Update again October 2025 Closed at 800pm Sunday night
This place is never open during the hours it states to be open. Many time have I came through the drive thru after 1230 and have been told sorry we aren't open at this time. I have pulled up to the mic and nobody has said a word before. I don't know what's going on but they aren't working.
This Taco Bell was clean and the food was yummy. Lucas and Saraya were very helpful and nice too!
If you want to watch the workers stand in the back pretending not to be there but still want to get paid .. go to this taco bell. Hopefully the other managers will realize night shift is not doing their job.
