It takes forever for the night crew to get any order done. Compared to the store on heisley or painesville actual wait time of 20+ every time
Best Taco Bell experience I've had in years! Placed an online order and it was hot and ready within two minutes of pulling to the window. The people working were on point! First time coming to this one and now I almost don't want to go to others
Yari is a special soul! Her customer service, smile & positive energy will take her a long way. She took time to ask how my day was while showering patience and empathy. I haven't had that experience in fast food in a long time! Thank you Yari for being you!
Gave my order to another customer, lied about it to my face, refused to fix the situation. Had to contact customer support to get anything done. Drive to a different location, both TBs on Mentor Ave are fine.
