Waited over 10 minutes for two items and walked out
Terrible pickup experience today. I walked in, gave my name, and a white staff member just said “they are working on it.” I waited 10 minutes and noticed an order sitting on the pickup rack with no seal and no receipt. I asked again, he repeated “still working.” After another 10 minutes, I asked once more — only then did he talk to his leader I guess(a young Latino guy), who immediately realized that was my order, sealed it, and handed it to me. Took literally 20 minutes to get two lux boxes and when asked about it they just said "yeah we know, we just have a lot of drive-thru orders" lol. Meanwhile the staff is just joking and talking to each other nonstop and being buddy-buddy in back. Not the greatest dining experience.
