The experience has been horrible. This has to be one of the worst places to order food from. 7 or 8 out of 10 times they will get your order wrong. And when you order a large drink they give you at best a medium drink and say that is their large. They are always out of something. And it's that something you want. They have the worst service and the food is always messy and always forget something on your order worst place to ever go to
Its a hit and miss at this TB. Sometimes good sometimes bad.
Not going back. We went around 8:45 tonight. Ordered from Taco Bell and KFC. Got to the window and was told to pull up and park and pull back through the drive through in 5 minutes and it would be ready. We waited.... then pulled around again for our food. The Luxe box didn't have the right items and were not good, our Chicken Littles were cold and gross, and the drink my husband got was flat. Waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I don't know why people rate this place low. Every time I come on my lunch break the food has been 100% and the kindest drive through employees.
