Ive been here a few times recently and this KFC used to be really good but after several employee rotations this store and the quality of the food have really gone down hill. The employees up front are usually the least knowledgeable in the entire place and regularly mess up orders. Their line for the drive thru is almost always backed up. If they ask you to wait for your food outside of the line, where an employee can bring it to you, then you're waiting upwards of 20 to 30 minutes. The young kid Isaac was very kind and helpful and a hard worker. It was refreshing to see these days. It was a nice experience at a fast food place for once. Everyone there seemed to keep the place up and offer good service. I wanted to leave a good review so the younger kids keep doing what they’re doing and don’t let the heartless rude ppl get to them or let them affect the way they approach life and work. There are ppl out there who do still appreciate all the hard work.

Waited in drive through line to order for 10 minutes. Waited to pay another 10 minutes and was asked to park and wait for my order. There were 5 other cars waiting for their order it was ridiculous! I watched as other customers complained to the workers bringing the ordets out about how long they were waiting, again ridiculous!!! Total time spent for fast food drive through over 40 minutes. DO NOT GO THERE IT'S RIDICULOUS!!
