Didn’t give me what I asked for at all they need better workers
Typical store but extra expensive.
Ive been here a few times recently and this KFC used to be really good but after several employee rotations this store and the quality of the food have really gone down hill. The employees up front are usually the least knowledgeable in the entire place and regularly mess up orders. Their line for the drive thru is almost always backed up. If they ask you to wait for your food outside of the line, where an employee can bring it to you, then you're waiting upwards of 20 to 30 minutes.
