Service has dropped to the point of absurdity. An order took forty five minutes for ASAP pickup on the app. I specifically ordered it and stayed at home for twenty minutes because my last several orders have been excruciatingly slow, and it was still not ready when I arrived. Additionally, I just sat awkwardly and unacknowledged near the pickup station for fifteen minutes.
I shouldn't be frowned upon asking for extra marinara sauce
