Not friendly cannot order at counter have to use kiosk. Not user friendly interface and you have scroll through add-ons and suggested items on each order. Crunchwrap had no meat
It’s rare to find a Taco Bell with this level of consistency in service and food around NE Ohio. Most of the Taco Bell locations suck (especially the one down the street on Bagley and Berea, steer clear of that disaster location) and am always pleasantly surprised with how fresh my order always is, the polite and good service, and how effective the crew moves the line here at this location. 5 stars is well deserved here after a dozen visits to this location.
