Took 40 minutes in the drive thru to get the wrong order after spending 50 dollars. We didn’t get anything we ordered but took the bag and left quickly because of how long we were waiting. We should have checked the bag like everyone else was doing ahead of us while sitting there. Horrible service and the worst Taco Bell in the cleveland area.

best taco bell location ive been to the food is always freshly made and hot when you get it☺️
i can literally make my own tacos and burritos faster than they do. When did fast food become when we're ready food? i sat in the drive through for almost 30 legitimate mins. no i am not assumeing, i watched as the time went from 9:40 to 10:20+. Even when i use to dash for Door Dash I would skip these orders because i knew it would take 20+ mins.
