The customer service is terrible. Order through the app and no one there in drive thru and the app said to drive to the window and give you name. At the window the employee asked me why I didn't check in at the speaker and I told him the app said to drive to the window. He wanted to argue that I should of stopped at the window to check in. I said I was the only one and if I had to wait a cole of minutes so be it, what is the difference I am the only one is I ordered on the or drive thru speaker? Awesome
I refuse to go to McDonald's because all they care about is their lame app. Now I refuse to go to taco bell until they start treating their customers like humans, instead of robots. What ever happened to good manners? I'm sick of being ostracized at the drive thru. Give up the app crap.
