I'm a well traveled fella and I like to go to a taco bell now and again. Every time I've gone to this one it's a great experience. Give the staff of the night of 9/6/2026 some extra bonus or something they deserve it
Employees are rude when the AI cant understand you
Employees did nothing wrong, just for some reason they replaced the drive-thru speaker with ai and it wouldn't listen to me to the point where someone had to jump on. Just keep a person on a headset, this ai junk is dumb and barely works.
Shok was an absolutely amazing employee! He was truly top-notch and helped me with so much. Her customer service and food service were exceptional. We need more people like her in this world! ❤️
Ths guy gon say that I needed to go thru the drive thru and come BACK to order when I told him the ap changed. Dude it changed on ME, I was unaware!!!!!!! So instead of him being patient, he wants me to drive all the way thru basically till I “ figure it out”.. I get to the window like take my order. This dude complains ab the cars behind me, like WHAT??!! I- for the last 2 yrs travel from wherever I am for THIS Taco Bell!!!!!! U mean to tell me tht u won’t help me, which is YOUR job??’!!! I left & will travel to Lebanon rd.... read more
