This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. We placed an order through the app. Had a confirmation and confirmed it was the correct location. The restaurant told us we never had an order and refused to even look at our confirmation. They told us to complain to the Taco Bell service line. Shockingly bad. Refused to even try and help us.

Very slow at counter services
Dining room was closed an hour before their closing time so I had to use the drive-thru. An employee started to take my order but as I was saying what I wanted they told me to wait a second, and then they forgot about me for several minutes.
