Terrible service. Employees aren't even trying to help customers in the lobby or give out mobile orders.
Terrible service. Person at the front just stares at your blankly.
Stopped to grab lunch through the drive thru. Staff was quick and professional. Food was amazing.
Employees on there phones…… employees laughing at customers…………. Really?
Awful, food was frozen, service slow and we had no idea we had to order on kiosk. Another customer told us use the kiosk, not an employee! Downhill from the kiosk! Another customer was asking for a refund... Other customers were on a time frame, due to jobs. We are traveling, wish we had just left when patron spoke up to help us order. Sad. We love taco bell!
