Hello, I’d like to report a manager (On The Night Shift) at one of your Taco Bell locations for repeated disrespectful behavior toward both customers and coworkers. I don’t know his name, but he is an African American male, around 5’7”, dark skin, and was working as a manager during my visit. CAUTION when parking in the rear lot at this Taco Bell location. On April 26, 2026, two vehicles in our group were towed from the back parking area. The rear lot had multiple entrances, and the entrance we used by Denny’s did not clearly indicate Taco Bell tow-enforced parking. The only visible rear-area sign appeared associated with Denny’s. We also had difficulty getting clear contact information afterward. Customers should be careful parking in the rear lot until signage is clearer.
The old black guy is the manager of all time. I do DoorDasher on the side he refused to give me my order many times. He is has been rude to me, other dashers, and even customers, the other works are Great though. I don’t know how they put up with him. He she be fired immediately. I am this close to calling the police on him. He even threatened to bane for speaking out and he has to real bases to do so.
It’s Taco Bell. You know what it is. Staff are always helpful, service is always quick. Best TB in the area.
