I like this taco bell a lot. This was my first time going inside to this fast food restaurant. The guy who took our order has a disability. Shout out to him for his patience and kindness. The cheese quesadilla came out quickly within 2 minutes. I also got a small mountain dew.
Got home looked in the bag. Cheese grilled steak burrito is not there. Half of my chicken quesadilla was not there.
I have always enjoyed this Taco Bell location, but the decision to replace human employees with an AI ordering system is deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Customers come here expecting real customer service, not to be forced into interacting with a machine. This change feels like a blatant attempt to cut costs at the expense of both employees and customers. Human interaction matters, and removing it degrades the entire experience.
