Manger Frankie was rude and no help with my order that was not made right
Have never had one wrong order and the drive thru personnel are always kind.
Charged me for extra steak when they didn’t have any. When I went back that’s what they told me happened. So why would they charge me if they didn’t have any? Then was stuck waiting in line for almost 20 mins for a refund.
Missing 2/5 items in my order. Ridiculous for such a small drive thru order. I was the only person in line Update, they couldn’t take my card because the reader was down after I came back a year later too
