I went through the drive thrue. All was well except it was a busy time of the day. But employee was great under pressure. I do not like the auto talk when ordering. Please do not replace your friendly employee when ordering food.
Long ass wait both times I came here.
The service was okay at best, and the food I did get was drenched in chipotle sauce I could barely eat it.
Absolutely terrible customer service everyone seems to always have an attitude like we get it you hate your job but don’t take it out on everyone else that’s very unprofessional and to top it all off it doesn’t matter what time I get food from here they always have a line wrapped around the building and take almost 20mins per car idk what happend or if there’s new management but the place has really gone down hill
wish i could give no starts but the service was terrible, food was cold cheese wasn’t melted all the way and was clumpy didn’t fill my cup with sauce all the way and messed up my order by having it spilled all over the inside of the back. never servicing them again.
