Ordered via the mobile app at the 1108 Lincoln Way East, Massillon, OH location. The order went through on the app but apparently didn't go through to the store. When pulling up to the window I told them the order I sent through with my name and they said they didn't have it. I had the order up on my phone and told them it was there under my name. Ordered a make your own luxe box with chips and cheese as my side, chips had 2 dead flies inside the bag and when I called i was told nothing could be done about my order and that I just had to eat the charge. Crew was rude to me at the window and over the phone, music blasting thru the building and not a glove in sight. Will not be back
Too cold inside and no filling although I asked if it was a normal amount to the double flat bread chicken cheese at 2.79. Double cheese beef burrito is 3 times as much filling as the chicken flat bread.
