The lady at the window copped hella attitude for no reason at all bruh and the recipt was defective it didn’t get rewards
Food is alright, but the entire facility is disgusting. The floors were very visibly dirty and my tacos seemed like they had been out for days. The food is usually not too bad, though I could tell they were significantly understaffed because while the employees are very nice, the bathrooms are despicable, the soda machine is almost always out of order, and overall, you can just tell that higher staff (managers, etc.) are not very good at keeping up with codes and food safety. Very disappointed.
Waa having the worst night of my life and decided to order 2 steak pepper jack burritos on doordash at the expense of a hefty delivery fee plus a $10 tip for the driver because I was so excited for this meal. My food got here cold, with unmelted cheese, and... No steak in my steak burrito. Just rice, cheese, and ranch. I go to Taco Bell frequently enough to have a favorite window person and his name is Dennis! He’s always very nice and never messes up my order
