Stood at counter bring ignored for 5 min!!!! All fir taco bell food! What a joke! Impolite rude kids! Then gave us the wrong order!!!!!
absolutely ridiculous that you can only pick up 2 mobile orders per car. if you close your lobby at 10 then you should take at least 4-5 mobile orders per car. i know this is not the individual locations policy(most likely) but it is still incredibly frustrating. i waited in line for nearly 15 minutes and they only allowed me to pick 2 out of 3 of my orders. absolutely ridiculous
There was mold in my refresca and when I went in to make the staff aware of this, the staff responded with attitude and re made the same drink without me asking for a new one. I didn’t want a new one I wanted my money back there is no world where we should be getting MOLD!! in our drinks!!
