Mostly just sad at this point, I wasted my whole lunch break trying to get food from here, waited at the drive through for awhile, noticed an employee taking out trash. No biggie must be busy, then I notice a sign that is pulled down, closed. Drive all the way around to the front door, closed. Now I have no more time and I don't get to eat, I understand things happen and this is most likely a management issue (do better. stop short staffing employees. and stay closed for the day if you don't have enough people) however I wis... read more
The people who worked there didn't care about the customer experiences
This particular location seems on a downward slide. Half full nacho fries, half full nacho cheese cups, extremely hard rice on multiple occasions, Flat soda. Is this location closing soon or something?
