I have almost always had a positive experience here, but last night very late 11/9 I couldn't believe it. The person answering the drive thru had a fake accent with lots of giggling in the background. The person at the window was not friendly, swearing with his coworkers and more interested in socializing then helping their customers. Of course they forgot one of my food items so I had to go back around. Greeted again by the fake accent and giggling. And barely an apology gave me back the missing item.
