Went to get crunchwrap supreme's, and instead we got a tortilla with lettuce, no cheese, no sour cream, and a extra helping of sadness. Also one was a chicken instead of beef, and it's a pet peeve when there's no way to distinguish the difference other than biting the food. Especially when you need to bite past the lettuce and flour to to get to anything of substance. The sodas were also bad. The mix of syrup to water was in one case too strong, and another too weak. This specific taco bell is absolutely disgusting and lazy! NO ONE SHOULD COME HERE! THEY DONT LISTEN TO YOUR REQUEST! THEY SHOULD GET CLOSED DOWN!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE YALL 0 STARS, I WOULD.
Avoid this location if you're passing through on a road trip. It'll add 45 minutes to your travel time. I ordered an item that they needed to make fresh. We wanted to leave without it but they didn't have a manager there to refund and said it would only be a few more minutes. The rest of our food was cold.
