they always get my order wrong, yet i keep coming back, i guess that's my fault for asking for crunchy taco supremes, paying for crunchy taco supremes, but only getting basic crunchy tacos. i know it's not much of a difference, but come on, when it's constantly wrong, either someone's not being trained properly, or whoever is checking the order before they're given for drive thru just does not care.
Don't try to get any of the food you actually want-- You won't get it. I got the wrong order the first time, and went on with my day because it was too much, then the next four times it was wrong, then the most recent it got it wrong so I got a refund, and tried to get the right order, because that is what I wanted, and then they got it wrong, AGAIN. - - - - - 28 SEP 2025 UPDATE - - - - - Sorry Boys and girls, but Taco Bell is following the "Less for More" trend (probably without advertising the fact). Taco shells are now so thin you can literally see shadows through them ("Hey, cut thickness a half millimeter or so and the customer will never notice-- our profits will..."). The food at KFC is only mediocre. The prices went sky high. Good service, fast service but quality of food has went way down with KFC. Sorry, just being honest and it's only MY opinion.
