Nobody there & they forgot the drink. Sat there for 5 min waiting & finally lightly tapped on drive thru window to get there attention and all the employees started flipping out about lightly tapping on it. I ended up leaving without the drink worried they'd spit in it.
This is by FAR the worst tacobell in all of pittsburgh!!! When they actually do get an order 100% right (which is not often) the food is terrible..cheese not melted, meat dry and stale, etc. The way the manager up there just disrespected me & refused to refund me for inedible food was my final straw! He then refused to give me his name as well so I'll be driving to any other tacobell but this one from here on out. Judging by how horrible of a manager he is, it won't be long until hes fired, thankgod!!
Don't!!! I repeat don't order online (Uber eats) with this taco bell. I literally spent over $50 and they didn't even send the main thing I ask for. They don't value online customer at all. I wanna hold the person that gets my orders accountable as well, it cost nothing to ask if everything is there. Smh
horrible experience. never go to this taco bell. waited over an hour and never got our food.
