The amount of times they forget food is unforgivable. Just had three items missing and the food that was received was soggy and falling apart. As I was handed the food, the employee said “they said everything is in the bag”. Maybe he should have checked? Isn’t that his job? This used to be a good Taco Bell but the employees just don’t seem to pay attention. There was nobody behind me either.
I have to go and not use the apps or my order is always wrong they know my order soon as they here my voice at the drive thru and it’s always correct but if try to door dash it or order it on the app it’s always wrong
Terrible this place is Terrible 0 stars I ordered fries they gave me nacho cheese sauce with no fries...the burritos are sloppy and definitely just thrown together....Taco Bell Do better
