The food is always fresh and tastes great and the employees are very nice. However, there's often a long line of car in the drive-thru line, and they're usually short-staffed, so if you go inside to order you may have a 15-minute wait before you receive your food.
I drove through the drive thru and order chips N Supreme dip and cheesy roll up. Very simple order that turned into a nightmare. I drove off with the order without checking as it's simple and didn't really need to be check...right? Wrong. I get home and give my wife the bag, and she noticed there's NO CHIPS for her dip...appalled, so I drove back to get a refund and maybe order something different as my wife was disappointed and didn't want the order. Every single time you go, regardless of the time or what you order, you WILL be stuck in the line for a minimum 15 minutes. i just would really love to know why this is the case….
