I've worked at Taco Bell before so I know how things are supposed to look like. This is genuinely one of the dumbest things that's happened to me we ordered a combo that had chips and cheese and when I saw the cheese that was given to us my man immediately went up to the register to ask for another one. Don't let the cheese on the sides fool you, this wasn't even a SQUIRT of cheese they gave us. We already PAYED for this chips and cheese. Horrible service. Takes your money but won't refund it for 7 days, mind you this has happened 4xs in two months. No napkins, disgusted. I'm still trying to get my first refund back. Now gotta wait for 4 refunds. More then 30 days to receive the refunds as well. Horrible service
We ordered food and still waiting. We will be waiting for almost an hour for food here. Insane and the general manager is extremely rude. I get there is only 2 people back there but there is so many signs saying that they are hiring. Hire more people. An hour for fast food is insane and how they treat customers here is poor!
