We waited an hour for our mobile pick up order with a VERY small crowd, who was also waiting. Several gave up and walked out because they were waiting so long. There were several staff working too. Not sure what the issue was.
I accidentally drove away from the speaker too fast I guess, and my total was ROUNDED UP. I did NOT give them permission to do that. They are stealing your money if you don't read your receipt. Fair warning.

i ordered 2 crunchy tacos and i was waiting patiently for 14 min. like 7 min per taco dammmmmm
People have bad days and working customer service is hard especially because the public is a lot… but like there’s only so much kindness in this world a smile or a hello or kind interaction to your customers could change someone’s day… this guy sounded like he hated our guts and hated his life I’m not even exaggerating.. it was weird but I get bad days but be kinder to people who have been nice to you and the only thing we did was make you do your job that you applied to do….
