The $5 Luxe box I didn't have to change the cinnamon twist for nacho cheese as the nachos & cheese was already available as an option for no extra cost so & I knew I had to give this place 5 stars as soon as I got home. That and the politeness despite they were busy tonight (October 18th, 2026). It seems good to see a Taco Bell/KFC combo as the only 2 times I had seen one was downtown Lakeland (FL) and up in Vermont state.
We placed our order on the kiosk and waited 28 minutes for food. After finally getting our food we asked for sauce and the gurl at the counter flung it at us. Horrible experience.
Zero stars, sat in the line for over 15 mins before they even took the order. Every time I come to this one, which is rare, the service sucks. The workers are rude including the manager and they are in no rush to get to you to take your order and the food is always messed up and cold. Do not visit, they should be shut down!!
