Apris was super helpful, positive, and friendly. You don’t see this awesome upbeat on late nights very often so it was a breath of fresh air. They also helped me figure out DoorDash (it’s been a while since I dashed so I was still a little confused lol) and made sure they checked everything with me before I left so nothing would be missing. And even though the drive thru was super busy but they kept it moving really quickly! This was a great and fun experience, I was having a Baja blast! Pun intended lol.
Every time I go to this Taco Bell they always leave something off my order tonight I decided to go back to get the item that was left out A chicken taco bowl and the supervisor said she was not going to fix my food and she wasn’t going to give me my money back . This was an insult you take my money and didn’t give me my food .at this point I didn’t want her to fix it because as nasty as she was she probably would have spit in it.
My husband stopped by Taco Bell today around 12–1 PM and went through the drive-thru. The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The employee taking our order, I believe her name was Janette or jinte something similar, was extremely friendly, outgoing, and helpful. My husband was having trouble deciding what to order and asked for her opinion on some of the newer menu items.
