I recently came to pick up an order and was told that the order was ready. And one employee told another employee at the drive thru that the order was ready. They both let the order sit there for another 10 minutes when I asked could someone please hand me the order.
These boys that sounded like teenagers told me to leave because they couldn’t hear me. I was crying and a hungry customer, but pronounced my words clearly over 5 times. I feel so disrespected to have been treated like that by a company which I thought had my back on those late night cravings
This Taco Bell in Temple is hands down the best Taco Bell in the county! The store is spotless every time I visit, and even the music selection makes the atmosphere fun and welcoming. The food is always served fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious — you can tell the team takes pride in their work.
