Worker on the phone was extremely rude and refused to take my sons order and refused to answer any questions, we tried calling back but quickly found out the worker BLOCKED my sons number. We have been a big fan of your establishment for a long time, we are highly disappointed Mr. Bell.
Customer service has dropped some, just past couple of weeks my modifications never made it into my bag. When I order in the app and pay (pick up in drive-thru) for extras/ modifications, just wouldn't receive any; I'd always receive the basic item as on menu. Wouldn't also get the hot sauces either.
If you can't follow simple instructions for a 3 ingredient item, you shouldn't be working in food service. Im tired of constantly getting the wrong food at your locations.
We went there the other day they forgot most of our food. The guy on the phone was so rude to us. He kept telling us he packed it and he remembered clearly not. If that’s how a gm treats customers they should be ashamed. He also told me they didn’t have a corporate so I called myself!
