5 October 2025 So it's been a year since the last and they still haven't gotten any better. I stopped by for two nacho belgrandes today and both were severely lacking on their toppings. One was supposed to have just cheese and sour cream and there was maybe a tablespoons worth of cheese on the chips. Honestly it was about 10 chips that actually had cheese on them. Manager was mean to his employees and yelling at them while not helping.
I had the worst experience at this location. I placed an online order through Uber Eats and waited inside the restaurant for over an hour. The system showed my order as “ready,” but it was nowhere to be found. I asked staff members multiple times, and they either ignored me or brushed me off without checking properly. After wasting a full hour, I had no choice but to cancel and reorder, and magically my food was ready in 2 minutes. This is completely unacceptable.
