Everytime I come to this location the order is thrown in the bag and I’m missing something. I redownloaded the app after deleting it due to reviews about this location being disgusting. Honestly this is what they served me when I ordered a cantina chicken crispy taco. I will probably be deleting the app again.
Everyone seems friendly but I hate to say, the food is always disappointing. Twice now, our food has either been cold or just poorly made. Our crunch wraps didn’t have any meat and neither did our tacos. I’d understand if it’s cold and I’m late for picking up, but when I picked it up, I’m already waiting. Very disappointed.
Ordered food for my daughter, who ate in our car. The staff were doing the best they could with AI that was literally.messing up the orders. AI at the drive thru would not acknowledge my app order, then when we pulled up it told staff to give us the wrong food. Modern technology fail. Just use humans.
