Seems like every order is wrong and ice cold.....who wants to bite into an ice cold fry or taco 🤬 on top of that they don't pay attention to request either extra or something removed and most of the time always missing 1-2 items.
We used the self-serve ordering system, which worked well, and the food was decent. I ordered an additional taco to go but waited a long time. As I stood there, I watched staff handling money with gloved hands, then preparing food without changing gloves. I saw a blonde girl scrub her forehead with both hands and then run through her hair before continuing to handle food. I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn people of this location. I’m not sure if it’s staffing problems, or if it’s problems with the management, but it should never take more than a half hour to go through a fast food drive through. This is with only a few cars in line. Anyone who has been to this location knows that once you are in the car line, there is no way out, so you are at the mercy of the most dysfunctional, slow, poorly operated fast food restaurant in the region.
