30 minutes in the drive through to get a $9 luxe box. Ordered it with a Pepsi and they gave me Diet Pepsi. The chicken tacos barely had anything in them and the bean burrito was hard and room temperature.
Waited 20 minutes to order, left empty handed due to ineptitude. Hands down worst Taco Bell experience in 15 years. I would never return. Horrible-
