Front door locked. Refused to take my order. I asked for human interaction and was told no. I have other options.

I normally don’t do reviews but I feel obligated to share my awful experience with others so they don’t go through with I have! We use to go to this Taco Bell often and stopped going because of terrible customer service. It’s like their customers are a terrible burden to them. I decided I haven’t been there in months maybe it had changed well it hasn’t if anything it’s gotten worse. We went to the drive thru and was told first thing it would be a 15 minute wait I said ok. Poor service and 💩 food. Burrito supreme asked for and paid for double sour cream and got a tortilla burrito with no sour cream.
