Staff at This Taco Bell location is the best. They always go out of their way to give a great experience Especially the night crew . The night of January 31st and February 1st. Absolute buffoonery. Everytime I've went to this location it has taken well over the expected time for the order. Over 15 minutes for a simple burrito. The last time I was there I ordered a Baja blast freeze, double beef burrito, potato taco, and chips and cheese. It took these all stars over 30 minutes to get my food. worst service. They have continuously given me the wrong items. check your items before leaving the drive through and don't worry about holding up the line because they don't care either.
It’s good before 10 PM. After that don’t bother.
Under staffed or just slow, they're Extremely busy in the evening but the lobby closes early they often get your order wrong but you have to wait an additional 30 mins just to get to the order box to explain the issue and another 20 to get to the window. The workers there on 7-13-25 were more than happy to fix the mistakes made but the time is unacceptable perhaps Taco Bell should consider putting more employees on staff at these busy times, compensate customers for the extremely long waits or send somebody to monitor why th... read more
