I ordered online and when I pulled in and tried to pick up my order in the lobby a worker was standing outside. She then told me the lobby was closed. When I told her that I had a pickup order, she then said that I had to go through the drive thru. I went through the drive thru and confirmed my name on the screen and the window and they gave me my food. Worst Taco bell. The AI bot can't ever get the my order right. So I can inside to order. Was made to use the kisok. And still got my order wrong. People just standing around in their phones, then have me attitude when I told them my order was wrong. I grew up in the restaurant busy my whole life. Just sorry. I'll be sending a email to corporate. As I type this the employee's are yelling at each other. Sad
