Tortillas were stale but other than that it’s pretty terrible
They never have any items, they let you order nacho fries, cinnamon twist, etc. and won’t tell you that they don’t have them. They will simply put your order up on the counter and let you walk away and then when you go up to tell them about it they look at you like you’re stupid. Well Rd. I went on 05-23-26 @ 2150 pm. Walked in the door and no one greeted us. There was a black female and a white female at the counter. Neither should be working the counter if you can't greet the customer. We ordered our meal as well as cinnamon twist. They gave us Cinnabon. We took them back to counter and the white female said we are out of cinnamon twist. Well we did not know seeing no one said anything at all. Idk, sitting in the lobby listening to the employee loudly yell on the phone about nobody showing up(a convo that could have been done in the back) with what I assume was a shift manager doesn't make me want to stick around for my food. Think I'll just take the loss on this one and she should too(fire her). Better to not eat than to eat something sus.
Walked in and asked about my online order. Was yelled at to wait by the small lady at the register.
