This location wasn't busy on our most recent visit. We have had a few bad experiences here before but today was good. I am not a big fan of the kiosk ordering, as it limits personal interaction. While the staff was friendly when delivering the order, there was no greeting upon entering and it looked liek a ghost town in the kitchen. The order was completed correctly and the food was fresh and tasted good.
I eat here alot and I'm not saying anything bad about it, just don't care for the drama and half the coworkers.
The employees get in trouble if the customer doesnt want to use the ai ordering bot. The owner should not be forcing this on the customer and worker.
Always so rude. Takes forever.
