We walked in and were immediately greeted by Harmony’s culinary performance at the register. Truly inspiring. She was eating, drinking, headphones on, and giving off the strong impression that customer interaction was absolutely not part of her job description. Tortillas were stale but other than that it’s pretty terrible
They never have any items, they let you order nacho fries, cinnamon twist, etc. and won’t tell you that they don’t have them. They will simply put your order up on the counter and let you walk away and then when you go up to tell them about it they look at you like you’re stupid. Well Rd. I went on 05-23-26 @ 2150 pm. Walked in the door and no one greeted us. There was a black female and a white female at the counter. Neither should be working the counter if you can't greet the customer. We ordered our meal as well as cinnamon twist. They gave us Cinnabon. We took them back to counter and the white female said we are out of cinnamon twist. Well we did not know seeing no one said anything at all.
