Ate inside Taco Bell, West Monroe, La on Thomas Rd, today It was filthy! Not just trash, but disgustingly dirty, front and back Something has definitely changed, here. The atmosphere of not caring about the food prep or the customers is pervasive. And, ever since eating, 4 hours now, I have been really sick.
