I don't know how many times I've come here on my half hour lunch break with 25 minutes left , three people in line. By the time I get my food I'm five minutes late to get back. Drive thru, walk in, online order, doesn't matter. Employees are inconvenienced by any kind of urgency whatsoever. Foods fine, it's Taco Bell, you know what your getting. Timings consistently ten minutes plus per order. Do better.

No ordenes de noche comida para cenar porque no les gusta trabajar, hice mi orden online y 1 hora después me dijeron que ya iban a cerrar y no podían hacer mi pedido y me dijeron que lo cancelara. No es la primera vez que hacen esto. Definitivamente es el peor Taco Bell que existe

Siempre este Taco Bell después de las 11 no quieren trabajar sobre todo cuando esta una manager mujer. Esto fue lo último que pude soportar hice un pedido a las 11 p.m y me acaba de llamar a las 12:18 diciendo que no pueden procesar mi pedido porque van a cerrar luego de negarle a 3 driver mi pedido con Uber Eats que mala experiencia

This latest visit I tried to order one of their Luxe Boxes, but their kiosk didn't have it loaded. An employee asked why I wasn't using the kiosk to order & I explained the issue. She argued with me about it, but wouldn't help me. They're set up to deal with the drive through, not to help walk in customers. I don't think I'll return again.
