Placed an online order 15 minutes before arrival. Got to the drive through, with no customers in line or inside, and waited 10 minutes before I had to say "Hello" multiple times for someone to come on, and it still took another 25 minutes for the food to come out. It was 2 tacos and one soda. Stay away from this location (New Windsor) unless you have an hour to spare to get any type of food. Normally I walk in and order to eat in, ive never had an issue doing it that way. Tonight I did the drive thru cuz I was in a rush. Guy tells me what I am ordering is discontinued nationwide, weird since its been a staple of the menu for decades but whatever I change my order. Dunno why, but I felt the urge to look it up, it was not discontinued according to taco bells website.
