Hello, This complaint is regarding an incident that occurred on 3/21/25 at 12:13 AM. I ordered the STK Queso Slider and requested extra queso on the side. However, the staff prepared regular nacho sauce instead. I informed the staff member that I did not order the regular sauce and requested a refund. He refused, and security then attempted to escort me out of the store. Please review the attached screenshot of the receipt and the photo showing the two yellow quesos as proof.
