Mediocre to mildly annoying lack of customer service: on several occasions while in the drive-thru, I was greeted with a sarcasticly over-acting employee followed by laughing in the background. When I complained about it to the girl at the window, she just stood there and didn't respond. The kids who work here need supervision and there is an obvious lack of management.
