How and why is this store still open? I have yet to get a correct order whether it is inside, drive thru, or delivery. I keep trying since it’s the only one on this side of town. Not after tonight. I sat in the drive thru and watched the clock hanging in the drive thru count 8 minutes before they came back to tell me they didn’t have nacho cheese to make the nacho bell grande that I had ordered. It's was really good all around
I usually have a great experience here but today was just odd. I always use the mobile app and select drive thru. Never had an issue. The worker at the drive thru kept asking me multiple times what I’d like to order and I said “just the mobile order is fine, nothing else”. Gave him my name multiple times. I get up to the drive thru and he tells me I need to come inside to pick up my order and said that I had selected in-store pick up? Not even the SLIGHTEST bit of hustle from these employees. Waiting THIRTY MINUTES PLUS while the lobby AND drive thru are EMPTY. Get a better staff!!!
