Caleb customer service skills were wonderful today and I really appreciate his kindness and his professionalism and the other people there preparing the food. We were very nice and efficient as well.
Not being able to get a fast-food place up and running by 9:00 AM is wild. Anyway here is a picture of me holding the breakfast burrito from McDonalds across the street because there isn't a child running the location.
This now the second time I put in a mobile order at this specific location just for them to tell me they’re dryers aren’t up and that I have to wait even longer for food that the app says is ready for pickup. Like the whole reason I order through the app is so I can pick it up and it’s ready when I get there. I’m truly not trying to sound all snobby and uptight but I don’t have time to wait another 20 minutes for friers to be ready when it says open for the last 30 minutes. Avoid this Taco Bell location and instead go somewhere else. I have been getting delivery and takeout from here for years. Sometimes the food is great, and sometimes its cold or hardshells are broken. The only consistent thing with this location is that they always forget items. Most of the time I order delivery an item is missing, and unfortunately they dont allow you to change the store location that deliveries come from. came here to pick up food on my way home from work, hours say the drive thru is open til 12 so i figured i was fine to order at 9:45. not really sure what i did wrong, but i asked for mild sauce and the guy gave me my bag full of diablo. didn’t realize til i got home because the bag was absolutely stuffed with napkins and i didn’t check, but he literally gave me twenty two diablo sauce packets. twenty two is so absurd it’s actually funny. i literally had to dig through packets to find my food. i work customer service at a re... read more
