When I pulled up at 130 at the drive through, they told me they were only doing DoorDash orders, so The Times on here need to change or they need to start keeping open until close time.
Had placed a mobile order, got our name taken at the speaker box waited in line for about 20 minutes, when we finally got to the window we were told they didn't have a working fryer so the entire order was unavailable. you couldn't tell me that at the speaker box before we wasted 20 minutes? seriously?
TERRIBLE customer service from the white worker with pink/blonde hair….. got our order wrong and then told US that we should’ve said something before coming to the second window? Rude and they should not be in customer service. 🤦♀️🤦♀️
