The staff members here were incredible. My father is dying of cancer and has maybe a couple weeks left. He was not doing well during a visit this afternoon, and the workers went out of their way to be helpful, especially a man who let me know his father just died of cancer so he got it. Even before that, that worker was very welcoming, positive and helpful. As a whole, the staff made a tough situation so much better with their kindness and understanding. I am so impressed and grateful. That sort of thing goes a long way.
Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Took 20 minutes to make 2 burritos and they were terribly made. Sucked.
I had a rough day today and decided to swing by Taco Bell for dinner. The guy who takes orders for the drive thru always brightens my day with his quirky enthusiasm.
Unfornately, I have to give this locatrion 1 star. They have missed customizations on multiple orders. I have filed a complaint with the restraunt, however no one bothered to contact me regarding the issue. This is 2 orders that I am unable to eat as the customizaitons were not followed, and no follow up from the store or taco bell regarding the issues. Thats 1 star.
Every time we go through this drive through they are so rude. If you’re ordering more than one meal they complain and say you need to come inside to order. It’s absolutely horrible customer service and the manager they have on duty always has something rude to say , and makes smart ass comments about people.
