The woman taking my order was so rude all because I didn't want to use the AI ordering system. She then got mad because I asked to place a second order; I wasnt even getting that much food. Several minutes go by and I'm told to drive up to the windows. They then tell me they forgot what else I had in my order. All around terrible service. Do better
Staff were friendly and got my order up quickly.
This is one of the worst locations on the Westbank. Out of the 2/3 times I’ve visit this location, I’ve had to ask for a refund. The tacos always seem to be soggy, with dead lettuce. Never prepared freshly! Line always held up just to receive old food! Cashiers always ask customers to back up, behind the yellow pole (timer) in the driver through, trying to keep their serving scores up when in reality they suck all together!
