It was incredibly rude. I had to add something to my order, and they insisted I pull all the way back around. Apparently, the AI order assistant made a mistake, and they wanted me to do the same. I suppose it’s too much effort to simply press buttons on the machine.
The staff of this restaurant are rough and they have poor customer service.
I Just left this taco bell and I just had the absolute best experience with one of the young ladies named Siynione. She must've noticed i was having a horrible night, I had just been crying, my hair was a mess and I must've just looked horrible. Well I was asking how to order since I was inside and paying cash.
