Sooo, I specifically ordered 3 items with specifics via ubereats and went through a whole interaction that was a bit overboard- for me to get home & see my order wasn't even half what I asked for. I paid for a sauce and did not receive it. I ordered extra ingredients and did not receive my meal the way I ordered it. The customer service could've been both nastier and better. Closed restroom even there was like 3 hours to closing.
Walked in… walked up to the register, and I was told that they would not take my order that I had to go to the kiosk and order on the kiosk. And he said it rudely not polite, totally unfriendly . They’re literally was one person in the entire Taco Bell and they were at the kiosk, ordering their food …personally I don’t like touching screens… ewwww ! so I left and never going back there again!!!
