love the food always will but service here is getting worse and worse each time.
I just have to say that it bothers me to see customers treat staff/management as if they are slaves. I have been coming to this location for years!! Here recently, there is a new manager present who is doing an outstanding job with customer service. I visited this location tonight around 7:30 and witnessed a manager politely asking 2 gentleman to use the kiosk or to give her a few minutes and she would be able to take their order. It is regrettable that we have reached this point in this remarkable country where there is not more kindness or courtesy to treat clients. Today, Wednesday, September 10th, 2025, at 7:15 pm, we were mistreated by the manager who appears to be struggling with her job responsibilities. She seemed rushed and declined to engage in conversation; when we posed a question, she raised her voice at us in front of other customers.
