I just have to say that it bothers me to see customers treat staff/management as if they are slaves. I have been coming to this location for years!! Here recently, there is a new manager present who is doing an outstanding job with customer service. It is regrettable that we have reached this point in this remarkable country where there is not more kindness or courtesy to treat clients. Today, Wednesday, September 10th, 2025, at 7:15 pm, we were mistreated by the manager who appears to be struggling with her job responsibilities. Too busy to care for customers.
Stopped going for years and decided to try again. Same thing happened. In the drive thru, Place an order and pay for the order. They give me a bag that is missing an item or two. I tell the employee only to be told I do have everything. I try to show her, she says she can’t take the food back and my order is complete. I don’t want to give the food back.
