I didn't want to order at the kiosk . I wanted a REAL PERSON to take my order. I had cash and didn't want to use my debit card. The guy working the drive-thru apologized and said he would be right with me. Another lady who seemed like a manager was prepping food and told me to go order at the kiosk. I said I had only cash. I’ve been ordering a chicken Chalupa for years. I don’t eat Taco Bell a lot but when I do, I get the chicken Chalupa‘s the flour tortilla that is fried is supposed to be crispy but every time I go to this Taco Bell on Bee Ridge, it’s soft or barely crisp like a soft fry.
