Man, I am so pissed off. I just got home from Taco Bell, and the add-ons I ordered weren't there. It’s not the first time this has happened—I let it slide before—but I paid about 20 dollars for a salad bowl with chicken and steak, plus extra rice, red cabbage, and potatoes; I added all that stuff and more. Lazy. Lie and literally rule out the whole menu slowly so you won't order and they dont have to work
The worst. I had to stand there unpacking and counting soggy tacos with the staff when it was obviously wrong. I ordered 12 items but received only 8. A third of the order wasn’t in the bag. But staff insisted the order was complete until a manager confirmed the mistake. They need to check orders before handing them over. Customers shouldn’t have to argue to get what they paid for.
